Returns and Exchanges

We’d like you to be satisfied with your purchase,

in the event that you are not satisfied, we do offer returns and exchanges.

Regular price items can be returned or exchanged up to five days after receipt of the merchandise.

Since custom-made items are made solely for the individual, they are final sale and cannot be returned.

All sale items are final sale.

All items must be returned with all of their original packaging. which includes their boxes.

Clothing and shoes cannot show any wear and tear.

Shoes, boots, drivers, and sneakers cannot show any creases in the uppers or any scuff marks on their soles or heels.

Refunds

Refunds may take up to ten business days and will be issued in the same method of payment as originally used in the transaction.

  We are conveniently located at 1724 Sansom Street in Philadelphia. Feel free to stop in and drop off your package. To confirm our availability simply call 267 606 6691.

If you are unable to stop in, we will send you ups return sticker. A twenty dollar processing fee for the return will be deducted from the original transaction amount.
